Hardware and Licensing fee
Linga is an iPad based system. All hardware costs are preset and cannot be altered. Linga can only by purchase, there is no option for a placement. Linga must be boarded on the Global Platform.
Bundles include an iPad, and iPad stand, credit card reader, a receipt printer, and a cash-drawer. Additional items can be purchased on an a-la-carte basis. Linga Sync is required for 2 or more units. Staging and testing is required per station, but included in the bundles.
Linga offers additional services for an additional fee per service. These are, service and hardware maintenance per license (this included with Pro & Enterprise licenses), Receipt and management alert texting, Loyalty and Online ordering.

Linga ACH Form - Must have the one time payment and monthly payment information filled out.
Documents MUST be signed and dated.
If merchants wants menu/inventory pre-programmed in their Linga, they MUST send in their menu/inventory with paperwork.
Returns and Cancellation
Documentation, first month of programming and any installation fees are non-refundable.
For equipment purchases, items may be returned 30 days from the date of order signature for a full or partial refund, based on date of written notice to firstname.lastname@example.org, and assuming all equipment returned is returned within five (5) business days of return instructions, in working order and undamaged.
Please allow 7-14 business days for refund. Merchant is responsible for return shipping cost.
